Formerly known as Jake's Auto Parts (since the last 90s), Jake's was acquired by Alter Metal Recycling in November 2007 and is open for business beginning mid-January 2008. Alter is located 1 mile south of I-10 on Canal Road (Exit 31) in Gulfport, MS and is situated on 10 acres of concrete.

Gulfport location purchases all types of ferrous and non-ferrous materials including catalytic converters and car bodies.
