We had a PR event this week (Husker Harvest Days). It was located in Grand Island, Ne and lasted for three days. There were two attractions. First, there was a bale of Al Cans that the people could guess; second, a baled car that people had to guess the Year, Make, and Model.
For those who came here looking for the correct answers, here they are:

Job Opening - Heavy Equipment Operator
Summary: Assist in the recycling process by operating Heavy Equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment, make sure everything is in working condition
- Sort material
- Know quality standards, materials grades, what materials can/cannot be loaded
- Utilize all yard operating equipment inluding: shag truck, forklifts, skid steer, wheel loader and cranes as necessary
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Safety: Must wear all necessary PPE while working, or while in the yard. Follow company safety standards at all times. Failure to follow safety standards, may result in loss of position
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience operating heavy machinery, including cranes, forklifts, wheel loaders, etc. required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-50 lbs and 100+ lbs on 2-person lift.
Ability to develop team environment with employees. Must be able to effectively interact with customers and vendors.
